All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please keep in mind that this business is run by one person alone and I will always do my best to be timely.
For orders in the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for processing plus 3-7 days for shipping. Shipping may be delayed due to challenging circumstances in these unprecedented times.
For orders in Guam and the Mariana Islands, please allow 3-5 business days for processing plus 5-14 days for shipping. Shipping may be delayed due to challenging circumstances in these unprecedented times. In my experience, some items have taken 3 weeks to get to a mailbox.
No tracking status? I have been reassured time and time again, by USPS management, that if the item is scanned in the system the package is moving. Depending on the receiving USPS location they may not have the staff or time to enter information into the system. Some items may already be at the post office or in your mailbox while the status has not changed. Calling your local USPS branch and providing your tracking number will be the best way to receive new or undocumented information on your package.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
